About Me
My name is Mary Anderson and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (109326) . I graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2016 and have been licensed in the state of CA since September 2018. I am located in the Bay Area of CA and work primarily as a telehealth provider. I consider myself warm, empathic, and open minded. When I’m not working I love watching and playing sports, being with family, and enjoying the beautiful Bay Area.
I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use this therapeutic style as the foundation of my practice while also integrating other therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, and more.
I currently provide individual therapy with emerging adults and adults, treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, ADHD, ASD, work stress, and more.
